Library Card Registration

If you are an Augusta resident, you can get a Lithgow Public Library Card for free, and you can obtain one in-person or online.

To register for a library card online, please fill out our application. Please email the completed application, a copy of your photo ID, and proof of residence to reference@lithgowlibrary.org. We will then send your new library card in the mail, so you can begin utilizing our many resources.

Adult & Teen Registration Form

If you are a non-resident, please come to the library to obtain a Lithgow Public Library Card. The non-resident fee approximates the amount that Augusta taxpayers pay for library services through property taxes. Currently, that amount is $60.00 per year, $30.00 for six months, or $15.00 for three months, by cash or check. The fee covers the entire household; each household member may apply for their own card. We will ask you to fill out our application, provide a photo ID and a form of payment.
